Cooking Instructions
- 1Boil the water: Bring circa 1-1.5 litre of water to a rolling boil. Once boiling, add the sea salt tablet.
- 2Cook the pasta: When the salt has dissolved, add the tagliatelle pasta. Stir occasionally (about every 3 minutes). Do not add oil to the water. For authentic al dente pasta, cook for 6 minutes. For a more tender texture, cook for 9 minutes, then drain well.
- 3Serve: Add our delicious Funghi Porcini sauce to the pasta and enjoy your meal!
Food Pairing
Perfectly paired with a structured white wine such as Chardonnay, or a light-bodied red like Pinot Noir to enhance the earthy notes of porcini mushrooms.
